In TVE, we believe “Safety First” is one of the core value to differentiate our services and products.

We are in the progress of transition to safety culture, or in other words, we are bringing civilized behaviors into our work environment.

Let’s practise safety in work seriously and scientifically with the bearing-in-mind motto that safety for community is our own happiness. We need to do safety work via guidance and training. Once it is a kind of culture, instead of assuming that safety violence must be punished, we consider it as a mistake requiring re-instruction and training. While reminding is necessary for the first violence, repetition of the same mistakes requires inspection for reason and re-education. A well-educated staff will have high consciousness of risks around us, and know how to warn and guide other people to stay away from these risks.

Let’s think about safety anywhere anytime and take proper actions to protect ourselves and our co-workers.

Basic Approach

TVE strives to build an environment within which individual safety attitudes develop and persist and safety behaviors are promoted. While working to recruit and train employees from diverse backgrounds and promoting them to important positions, TVE works hard to build a safe and healthy workplace for employees, colleagues and the community by taking effective preventive and protective measure.

TVE has pursued environmental initiatives in accordance with its environmental principles and targets. It is not only about R&D new green technologies and products but also continuous environmental impact reduction in all business activities.

Structure

Based on the international standards BS OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2015, TVE has established a HSE management system, which certificated by British Standards Institution (BSI).

The HSE department has been established and reports directly to the Broad of Directors. TVE has established a HSE team for each of its project sites also.
